Information We Collect

1. Motion Sensor Data

Sipflow uses Apple’s Core Motion framework to access motion-related sensor data on your Apple Watch, including:

• Accelerometer data
• Gyroscope data
• Device motion data (e.g. orientation and gravity)

Purpose

This data is used solely to detect drinking gestures and estimate water intake.

Processing & Retention

Motion sensor data is processed locally on your device in real time. Raw motion data is not stored, logged, or transmitted. Only the resulting gesture detection output (estimated intake volume and timestamp) is retained.

2. Health and Hydration Data

With your explicit permission, Sipflow may record:

• Water intake data (volume, timestamp, liquid type, detection method)
• Estimated caffeine intake derived from recorded beverage volume
