Stillroom FM ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our application.

Information We Collect

Stillroom FM collects the following information to help us understand how the app is used and improve the user experience:

Playlist Playtime Data

We collect anonymous data about how long each playlist is played:

• Which playlist is being played
• Duration of playback time for each playlist
• Timestamp of when playback occurred

This data is collected automatically when you use the app and is transmitted to our analytics service (Firebase) for analysis. This data is:

• Anonymous - We do not collect any personally identifiable information
• Aggregated - Used to understand overall usage patterns, not individual user behavior
• Optional - You can disable this by not using the app (though we cannot provide an in-app opt-out at this time)

Apple Account Sign-In

We offer Sign in with Apple so you can use the same account across Stillroom FM on iOS and macOS. We use your Apple account only to:

• Restore and sync your purchases – So subscriptions and one-time purchases you make on one device are available on your other devices (e.g. iPhone and Mac) when you sign in with the same Apple ID.
• Support future cross-device features – To enable a consistent experience and purchase history across our apps on different Apple devices.

When you sign in with Apple, you can choose to hide your email (we receive only an anonymized relay address if you do). We do not use your Apple account for marketing, and we do not collect or store your Apple ID password. Your purchase and subscription status is validated with Apple’s systems; we do not retain payment details.
